Max Secchi B.Sc. (Hons) Ost

maxMax Secchi is a registered osteopath and co founder of Desk Therapy. Max Secchi qualified from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in 1996 with first class honours winning the prizes for Rheumatology, Orthopaedics and Neurology. After graduating he went into private practice in Notting Hill and Harley Street, London and soon started working part time at the BSO as a Clinical Tutor. He escaped the "rat race" of London in 2003 when he moved to Devon to raise his two daughters. Presently Max Secchi works in private practice in the South Dartmoor Clinic, Ashburton which he set up in 2007. He has delivered lectures and tutorials at Peninsula Medical School, the British School of Osteopathy, the London Stock Exchange, the Home Office and the University of Westminster. He has also worked "in house" offering treatment and ergonomic advice to large corporations like Harvey Nichols and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

 

Max Secchi has special clinical interest in ME / CFS, rehabilitation exercises, stress reduction and sleep disorders and spends his spare time playing tennis, salsa dancing, walking, playing the piano and doing yoga.

 

Max Secchi is registered with most insurance companies including BUPA, PPP, Norwich Union, etc.
